’S ann on Ghàidhealtachd a tha Kentra, dithis a' bhios a' cluich ceòl folk na h-Alba a tha a-nis stèidhichte ann an Glaschu. 'S iad Ceit NicLeòid (fidheall) agus Amy Naulls (piàno).

Bha Ceit air a cuartachadh le ceòl tradiseanta on a bha i òg, a’ gabhail pàirt ann am pròiseactan mar Fèis a’ Bhaile agus Fèis Rois. Tha i air a bhi na ball de Shlighe Chèilidh Fhèis Rois airson dà bhliadhna agus tha i air cluich còmhla ri Capercaille ann an Cathair-eaglais Inbhir Nis agus aig fèillean mar Belladrum agus Fèill Folk Chambridge.

’S e oileanach air an treas bliadhna aig Conservatoire Rìoghail na h-Alba a th’ ann an Amy, le cuideam sònraichte air piano traidiseanta. A thuilleadh air a bhith na h-oileanach, bidh i a’ cluich còmhla ri diofar chluicheadaran agus còmhlain aig grunn fhèillean, mar The Reeling agus The Gathering.

Len diofar chultaran ciùil agus an aon thlachd ann an ceòl folk, tha iad air tighinn còmhla gus fuaim ùr, sònraichte a chruthachadh, a’ toirt ùrachadh bheòthail air an stoidhle thraidiseanta.

She has since been a participant of the Fèis Rois Ceilidh Trail for two years and has played alongside Capercaillie at the Inverness Cathedral and at festivals such as Belladrum and the Cambridge Folk Festival.

Amy is currently in her third year of studies at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, studying trad piano. Alongside her studies at RCS, she enjoys playing with various artists and bands at festivals and gigs including The Reeling and The Gathering.
